Most of our furniture is white glove delivered. White glove delivery includes bringing the furniture into your home and placing the furniture where you so desire. The furniture will be unpacked and inspected before being delivered. Smaller items like lamps, accessories, office chairs, and rugs will be delivered by UPS or FedEx. Some assembly may be required for the smaller items.
FURNITURE DELIVERY POLICY:
You will be contacted by a delivery agent of Furniture Rewards to arrange a delivery time for your item(s).
Carefully examine your furniture upon delivery. You will be requested to sign a proof of delivery document verifying the furniture you ordered was correct and received in good condition.
DAMAGED FURNITURE POLICY:
In the event the furniture you ordered arrives damaged, Furniture Rewards will arrange for a home inspection by a qualified furniture technician.
If the furniture can be repaired up to 100% condition, Furniture Rewards will arrange for the item to be repaired at no additional cost to you.
If the furniture is beyond repair, a return will be accepted for the item and your furniture will be reordered.
